Schools with a purchase order:
1. Please click on "Place an Order" at the top of this page.
2. Find the desired microphone model.
3. Click "Add to Cart".
4. In our shopping cart, under "Select payment type", choose "Purchase order" and enter your PO number.
5. Enter your shipping and billing addresses.
6. We do not need to see the purchase order itself. We will send you an invoice for the order.

Payment Options
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express card. Schools with a purchase order may pay by check.

Returns/Cancellations/Exchanges
You may try the product for 10 days and return it for a refund if you don't want it. Returns or cancellations after 10 days from purchase date will not be refunded. First email us requesting a return authorization number. Please include proof of purchase and your reason for returning it. Product must be returned in original packaging in like-new condition, or re-stocking fees may apply. Sorry, we do not offer exchanges.

Service
If the microphone does not operate correctly, first check its cable and other connected cables. Repair or replace them if necessary. Make sure that phantom power is turned on and that the microphone’s fader is up in the mixer.

If the microphone still fails to operate, and it is still under warranty, we will repair or replace the defective microphone at no charge. Return the mic and its cable with proof of purchase and a note about the problem to Bartlett Microphones. Before shipping, first email us requesting a return authorization number. Please include a description of your problem.

Warranty
Bartlett TM-125, TM-125C and Floor Recording Mic professional microphones are guaranteed not to malfunction (except in cases of abuse) for a period of three years from the date of first purchase. Bartlett instrument microphones are guaranteed not to malfunction (except in cases of abuse) for a period of two years from the date of first purchase. Mic cables and paint finish for all mics are excluded from this warranty.
