TM-125 Stage-Floor Microphone
Stage-floor boundary mics, direct from the designers

Welcome! We make professional microphones for theater sound (plays and musicals), dance groups and houses of worship.

Each of our mic models cost $199. They are:

  • TM-125: Supercardioid boundary mic (black finish, detachable cable included).
  • TM-125W: Same as the TM-125 but white for use in houses of worship.
  • TM-125C: Same as the TM-125 but has a permanently attached cable for extra ruggedness.
How do the microphones work?
You place one to four TM-125 mics on the stage floor near the front edge. The mics pick up actors' voices over a wide area on stage with a clear, natural sound and with good gain-before-feedback. Plug them into phantom-powered mic inputs.

They withstand heavy footsteps that would damage other microphones. Click here to watch a video of the TM-125 being run over by a truck!

Are they high-quality mics?
Yes. We designed the industry-standard PCC-160 stage-floor mic used in thousands of theaters across the country. The TM-125 is our next generation model, and it features these improvements:

  • Smaller size   (1.6" shorter)
  • Lower cost   (typically $100 less)
  • More rugged
  • Smoother frequency response
  • Tighter tolerances
  • Made in U.S.A.
  • 100% tested by the engineers who designed it
Frequency response is wide and smooth to pick up voices with clarity and naturalness. A rise in the high frequencies enhances intelligibility. The supercardioid polar pattern improves gain-before-feedback, reduces muddy-sounding reverberation, and rejects the pit orchestra behind the mic. All microphones are listen-tested by a real human being and 100% tested.

Our mics are sold with a 3-year warranty. You may try them out for 10 days and return them for a refund if they don't work in your application.
